Who you're dealing with. Apex Micro is a small digital workshop run by Thomas Norton in Massachusetts. It isn't a company and doesn't claim to be one.

What you're buying. Exactly what the page describes, with the limits it states — or, where the entry points at a marketplace, what that listing describes. These are small, early things: made carefully and described honestly, and claiming nothing beyond what their page says.

Price and renewal. The price on the page, or on the listing the entry points at, once. Nothing renews unless a page says so, and none does.

Refunds. In full, on request, as described on the refunds page.

Your information. As described on the privacy page.

Changes. Every page says when it was last updated. Closing something stops new sales and leaves what was already promised in force.
