Refunds

If something you bought is no use to you, you get your money back.

Reply to the delivery email, or use the refund link inside it. Stripe refunds it in full and you keep what was sent. No form, no time limit, and you don't have to explain.

That holds whether or not the thing is still on sale. Closing something stops new sales; it doesn't cancel what was promised to people who already bought.

Bought on a marketplace

Some things are sold on a marketplace rather than here, and the promise is the same one: if it's no use to you, you get your money back, with no form, no time limit and no explanation. What differs is the route the money takes — message me through the marketplace and I refund it there, because that is where the payment was taken. The marketplace has its own policy; mine is not limited by it. If anything about that doesn't work, write to me and a person reads it.
